Care & Warranty

  • After the refinishing process, wait 48 hours before removing the masking paper. We highly recommend applying silicone around the tub or any surface that requires it. If you are only refinishing the tub and sink, apply silicone around these areas. If you have refinished the tub and tile surrounds, this step is not necessary, as we include silicone application as part of the process.

  • Clean your refinished surface regularly to prevent soap scum buildup, staining, and mildew. Maintaining a clean bathroom is the responsibility of the homeowner and is not covered under our warranty.

  • Do not use metallic or rough scrubs to clean your surface as they can scratch the finish and void the warranty. Avoid using abrasive chemicals such as bleach, Clorox, ammonia, or highly acidic substances like vinegar, as they can damage your surface. We recommend using mild soap solutions such as Scrubbing Bubbles, Fantastik, Formula 409, Fabuloso, Lysol, or Dow for cleaning.

  • Avoid using suction bath mats, as they can lift up the finish over time, causing the surface to peel. This damage is not covered by the warranty. We recommend purchasing a mat without suction cups that will prevent slip and fall, which can easily be found on Amazon. The newly refinished surface will be smooth and shiny. Please note that we are not responsible for any slips or falls that may occur on the surface.

  • Store your bar soap, metal objects, and bottles (shampoo, shaving cream, etc.) in a caddy rather than directly on the refinished surface. Placing them on the surface can cause stains or lead to chemical reactions over time and will not be covered by the warranty. We recommend using clear body wash instead of bar soap to avoid soap scum buildup.

  • If you drop anything in the bathroom and it causes damage to the finish, resulting in a chip, scratch or stain, this will void your warranty. However, you can give us a call and we can provide you with a repair kit for free for the chip.

Terms and Condition: Please ensure that all terms and conditions are thoroughly read and followed. Failure to comply may result in peeling and deterioration, which are not covered by the warranty.

  • All leaky faucets or pipes need to be repaired before or after the refinishing is completed, as they can cause staining and deterioration on the finish. Addressing these issues promptly will help maintain the quality and longevity of the refinished surface.

  • Per our initial communication, we always suggest removing the hardware prior to refinishing to avoid discoloration or damage. If you did not remove the hard, we apparently mask the area that is not being refinished to protect it, but please note that we are not responsible for any discoloration, such as tarnishing, of your hardware and future deterioration of the finish around the hardware. Hardware includes faucets, drains, shower doors, overflows, etc.

  • Avoid placing any hot objects on the surface to prevent damage and maintain its finish.

  • We have a high level of trust in our technicians, as they have undergone thorough background checks. Please note that we are not responsible for any missing or damaged property without proper evidence. Assumptions do not constitute valid evidence.

  • We have no control over the temperature and humidity of the property. We prioritize protecting your property by using painter's tape to mask areas during the refinishing process. However, there are times when painter's tape does not adhere properly, and we must use duct tape to ensure the masking is secure. In some cases, duct tape can peel your painted walls, rip your wallpaper, or damage your vanity or any other surface in the bathroom where it is placed. Our goal is to protect your property, not to cause damage. If such damage occurs, we are not responsible for it.

  • If your tub and tiles have been previously painted and you choose to refinish only the tub or only the tiles, we are not responsible for any damage to the other surface, as the tape can lift the paint applied by another company or individual. If you decide to spray over the existing painted surface without stripping it, we can only provide a one-year warranty, as we are relying on the initial coating applied by another company or individual. We are not responsible for any chemical reactions that may occur when spraying over painted surfaces done by another person or company.

  • If painted walls have been peeled due to masking tape or duct tape, please retouch them. We are not responsible for this damage. We always recommend getting the painting done after the refinishing is completed. If you have a contractor working on the property and your bathroom is being reglazed, please ensure they protect the surface at all costs to avoid damage to the refinished surface, as we are not responsible for their actions.

  • **We reserve the right to cancel your warranty, and there will be no refund for the service. If the warranty is valid, we will repair any issues at no additional cost. You have two free services within this five-year limited warranty. After these two services are used, the warranty becomes void.

  • Please always show respect to our staff. We operate with the highest respect and professionalism. If you disrespect or threaten our staff, your warranty will be voided, and we have the right to do so without further notice.

  • We may update our care sheet and terms of conditions without prior notice. Please regularly check our website for any updates, as you are responsible for staying informed about the terms of your warranty.

  • We purchase materials from other vendors and are not the manufacturer of the supplies we use. Please be advised that we are not responsible for discoloration, deterioration, molding or mildew of the caulk, silicone, or grout. However, we are responsible for the quality of workmanship provided by our technicians. We use top-quality materials to deliver the best service to our clients.

  • We take proper precautions when spraying, including the use of an exhaust blower. However, we cannot be responsible for the well-being of individuals or animals that remain on the property during the spraying process. Fumes may linger inside the property and typically subside within 4 to 24 hours. Please use common sense based on their health conditions and make appropriate accommodations if necessary. We are not responsible for any health issues resulting from poor judgment in this regard.
